  • A: Shengke headquarters are based in Irvine, California. We don't have any retail stores as of current, but are always looking to expand!

  • A: We proudly ship out all orders from our warehouses in US, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. Where your order is being shipped from depends on which warehouse is closest and if stock is available.

  • A: Post payment verification, it usually takes 24-48 hours for your order to be shipped. We ship orders out Monday-Friday PST. During weekends & holidays, your order will not be processed nor shipped. Orders placed after 11PST will not be shipped until the next business day.

  • A: If you've made a mistake on your order, contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouses, we can no longer make any changes to your order.

Why We're Different

  • A: At Shengke we pride ourselves in producing high quality watches at an affordable price. Truth be told, many watch brands produce watches using middle men and complex supply chains. This overdone process has existed within the watch industry for decades and has cost the consumer like you hundreds of extra dollars.

    Here at Shengke we scraped all of that. We are one of the only direct to consumer watch brands, cutting out all the middle men. We own everything from the design, production, and packaging/shipping process. All of these savings are passed onto you, allowing you to pay an affordable price for a masterfully produced timepiece.

Watch Information

  • A: All watches use a refined Japanese Quartz Movement, a well known and respected choice amongst the watch industry.

  • A: All watches are waterproof up to 3 ATM. This means that your timepiece is safe under daily use such as water splashes from rain, hand washing, and other occasional water contact. Your watch should not be worn during bathing, recreational water activities, or any other activity that requires your watch being submerged for long durations.

  • A: Our leather is from 100% natural cow hide leather.

  • A: Our glass is made from hardened mineral crystals that are naturally found within the environment.

  • A: Replacing your watches battery is as easy as going to a local jewelry or timekeeper's store and having them inspect your watch. They will be able to assist you in battery replacement. Furthermore, at home replacements can be done by finding your watch's battery at any electronic stores.

Shipping Information

  • A: Unfulfilled means your order is still being processed. This can happen for one or more reasons, but once your order has been shipped (within 24-48 hours) your order should be marked as "fulfilled." You will also receive an email with your tracking number!

  • A: A cancellation usually means our fraud filters have detected suspicious activities regarding your order and has marked it as fraudulent. The cancellation amount will reflect a full refund and should reflect in your back account in 3-5 business days (depending on your bank). If you are sure that the order was not fraudulent and to avoid future error cancellations, please repay using only PayPal. You can sign up and use Paypal here.

  • A: Once your order has been fulfilled, you should have received an email that contains your tracking number and tracking link. If you did not receive a tracking number or email confirmation of shipment, please contact us.

  • A: Tracking numbers take 24-72 hours to activate post shipment confirmation email. If it has been recent, please be patient. If the duration exceeds 72 hours and there has not been any further updates, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

  • A: We pride ourselves in producing affordable high quality timepieces that can last a lifetime. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order after receiving it, you have 30 days from the time your order is marked delivered to request a refund. In the event of a refund, you must ship back your order to us. Once received, a full refund will be processed towards your bank and the balance should reflect within 3-5 business days. 

    Here are something things to note:

    • Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
    • We can not offer refunds to shipments that have been marked "delivered", but have been stolen or missing.
    • A physical product must be shipped back to us in the event of a return.
    • The physical product that you purchased, but would like to return must be in good standing condition when received by our main corporate office.

  • A: In the event of a return, the customer must pay the shipping and handling fee back to our corporate office. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your product.

Warranty Information

  • A: Yes! All watches are covered under a 12 month warranty due to manufacturing defects. This means that if a part stops working or there is an error in the watches construction, then it is our fault and we will happily replace your order free or charge (warranty covers strap defects too). However, our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse from normal wear and tear or water damage that results in scratches, cracks, and battery malfunctions. Theft is also not covered under our warranty. If your watch does have a manufacturing defect, then please contact us so we can sort remedy the situation immediately.
